Minimum requirements:
- Enthusiastic about helping customers, ideally with the experience of handling customer queries in a fast paced environment
- Have a positive and friendly personality, with the drive to support your colleagues and the determination and resilience to work to tight timescales in high pressured situations
- Must be able to pass a Cabin Crew Medical
