Tigerair is looking for Manager Cabin Crew Standards in Australia, to be based in
Melbourne.

The Manager Cabin Crew Standards (SOP) & Compliance assists in achieving the cabin crew operations department's core key result areas by building operational models/strategies around the performance of the department.

This role will provide support to the cabin crew operational department ensuring cabin crew standards, performance and compliance for cabin crew as well as building business improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years solid experience within an airline in a supervisory/management role
• Able to be issued with and maintain a valid ASIC card
• Ability to work to strict time lines (project management)
• Ability to manage and maintain 3rd party relationships
• Effective leadership skills and capable of team building and motivating
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Computer skills essential
