ORLANDO, Fla. - American Airlines Flight 178 to Los Angeles was attempting to take off from an Orlando International Airport runway Monday night when it had a tire blowout.
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority said when the tire blew out the flight, which had 164 people on board, including the crew, was aborted.
Officials said there has been no impact on operations at the airport and that three other runways are being used as a workaround.
No injuries were reported.
