- Valid Commercial - Class 1 (ATPL / A)
- Valid medical certificate - Class 1
- Excellent English skills. Level 4 minimum
- Minimum Flight Time
- 5000 flight hours, including 500 hours as pilot of the jet or
- 3500 flight hours, including 1000 hours as pilot of the jet or
- 3500 flight hours, including 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
Highly desirable:
- Fluent in Icelandic
- Resident in Iceland
- A320 Type Rating
