Malaysia Airlines orders 25 Boeing 737 MAX 8s



Malaysia Airlines has placed a firm order with Boeing for twenty-five B737 MAX 8s. The order, previously attributed to an unidentified customer, also includes purchase rights for a further twenty-five B737 MAX 8 and 9s.

The Malaysian national carrier currently operates fifty-six B737-800s with an overall average age of 4.3 years.
