Minimum requirements:

- Reliability, flexibility and resilience
- High School certification
- Minimum height of 162 cm
- At least 18 years old at the time of application
- Passport without restrictions
- Visual acuity between +/- 5 diopters
- Possession of a telephone and Internet connection
- Reside 1 hour away from base airport
