This will be followed by the launch of a daily A380 service to Vienna, Emirates’ 41st A380 destination, starting July 1st.
Emirates has a further 62 A380s pending delivery, of which 21 A380s will be joining the fleet this year.
Emirates operates one of the youngest fleets in the industry with an average age of 5.6 years.
Over 4,000 pilots from nearly 100 nationalities fly the Emirates fleet of 250 all wide-body aircraft that serve 155 destinations across 81 countries.
